Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary School,Jeevan Nagar,Jammu Hosted an event on Celebration of Raksha Bandhan on 8th of August 2025, a traditional Indian festival celebrating the bond between brothers and sisters, was joyfully observed.The festival symbolizes the love, protection, and bond shared between siblings.

Highlights of the Celebration:-
Students and teachers celebrated the bond between brothers and sisters.Traditional rakhis were tied to the dignitaries and Principal sir, symbolizing love and protection.Dignitaries likely shared thoughts on the significance of Raksha Bandhan.
Cultural Performances :-
Skit on Raksha Bandhan :- A skit highlighting the significance and traditions of Raksha Bandhan was performed.Other Performances along with the skit, students performed Vandana and  Dance performance.

The students of Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary School, Jeevan Nagar, Jammu, from High Wing along with their Teachers visited Bal Ashram to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with the children living there. This gesture reflects the values of empathy, compassion, and community service instilled in the students.
